Sand★Drift refunds in store credit, so if you're item arrives in the wrong size, we wont hesitate to give you the money back in store credit so you can order again and receive the correct item. (You must however return the unwanted item for us to be able to give you the store credit)
If you're item is damaged you must contact us within 24hrs of receiving it in order for us to help resolve the problem. Evidential images must be provided and the item will also need to be returned.
If you haven't received you're item, or you have experienced shipping issues, you must contact us immediately so we can help you track the order and contact the correct courier.
In order to return something, you must contact us to make your return within 14 days. If you fail to return within this time, we can no longer follow up on your return request.
