In order to return something, you must contact us to make your return within 14 days. If you fail to return within this time, we can no longer follow up on your return request.
How do i get a refund?
Sand★Drift refunds in store credit, so if you're item arrives in the wrong size, we wont hesitate to give you the money back in store credit so you can order again and receive the correct item.(You must however return the unwanted item for us to be able to give you the store credit)
If you're item is damaged you must contact us within 24hrs of receiving it in order for us to help resolve the problem. Evidential images must be provided and the item will also need to be returned.
If you haven't received you're item, or you have experienced shipping issues, you must contact us immediately so we can help you track the order and contact the correct courier.
How can i track my order?
On your Sand★Drift account, you will already be provided with our automated delivery tracking system. This will show you when all stages of delivery are fulfilled. We also provide tracking using the SHOP app.
If you are in need of any further tracking information you can contact an advisor using our live chat feature or email address and they will assist you.
How much does shipping cost and how long will my order take?
Due to sustainable sourcing and reduction of warehouse costs, some products are made to order rather than stocked. As a result, shipping costs and time varies depending on the item. Made to order instead of in bulk helps to reduce over production. So, thank you for making a thoughtful purchasing decision and thinking about the health of the planet!
